If you have an existing toll free number and would like to transfer it to a UniTel toll free ONLY account, please submit a Responsible Organization Transfer form.

Responsible Organization Transfer Form Instructions

  1. Click here for form.
  2. List existing Toll Free Number(s).
  3. Select either Switched or Dedicated. (Unless you have a high-volume T1  connection, selected "switched.")
  4. List associated Ring To Number(s).
  5. List the Current Responsible Organization or provider of your toll free service such as AT&T, MCIWorldCom, Sprint, Qwest, etc.
  6. List Holder Name. (The exact name as listed your account with your current        toll free provider.) 
  7. List Address and Telephone number.
  8. Print your Name and Title.
  9. Print out application.
  10. Include your Signature and the Date. (Transfer forms without signatures        cannot be processed.)
  11. Include a copy of a recent invoice from your current toll free provider.
  12. Fax to 877-511-3207.
