2.95¢ per minute.
However, there are certain areas where Opex must offer a slightly higher interstate rate
because of higher origination costs charged by local phone companies in those areas. You
can easily determine your rate by simply entering your phone number in the first step of
the online sign up process. The interstate rate that is in effect for your area is valid
for all state-to-state calls within the US 48 states. Opex offers low
long distance rates. However, you can make those low rates even lower by opting for Opex's
prepay payment plan. Prepay accounts receive an 8% discount.
